Normandy communicated their intentions with the upcoming upgrades to the upper deck and lighting with an estimated completion date of November 2023 for west side of the garage. This has since changed due to some safety issues and ALL cars had to vacate the garage (east and west side) and caused lots of folks to be removed from the outside parking. I'm not understanding why we can't get any updates on if the garage will ever be fixed - what is the plan? The leasing office does not have any answers - someone has to be able to tell the residents something on if the garage will be tore down or if the plan is to continue to upgrade the garage to meet the building regulations, it's not fair for folks NOT to be told this info in case they would like to make arrangements to move when their lease is up. There has not been any work done on the garage since they shutdown the entire garage. Can someone get answers for us?Review from Patrice A

They are a terrible Apartment Complex. They started about a year or so where if you had company after 8 their car would get towed. They gave a designated are with just a few spots for visitors to park and pay. Now they are doing some work on the underground parking. Residents who park down there have to pay $60. Now that they are working on the garage they want the Residents to pay $30 to park outside. They said that they would have reserved parking for those residents. It was supposed to be on one side of the parking lot. Now they have made most of the parking lot RESERVED. They expect people who pay rent to pay $30 in order to park where they live. This is not what was explained. So you have residents who cars are being towed. They expect for residents to park in a church parking lot down the street from the building and then walk back to the building. That is not safe especially if you are coming in late.
