Bought a bariatric mattress bundle for my 90 year old father. While the product was in route he was placed in hospice care negating the need for the product. We refused the shipment. Invacare charged a $722 restocking fee for a product never removed from the shipping container. I have contacted them twice through there website and have never been given the courtesy of a reply.

Pricing is ridiculous. Purchased a 3,000 dollar handcycle ( priced so high because I believe it's considered a medical device when it's clearly recreational ( it's listed under sports wheelchair)[ started out being ripped off , right there] and after getting the cycle I knew I was taken for a ride) at time of purchase there was a list of additional accessories. A leg guard being one of them, I didn't know it was needed until the tires of the handcycle injured my legs ( Don't think I'm the first person to get injured from tires, so why the leg guard isn't part of the cycle out the box is besides me) and I had no choice but to purchase it . The pricing for leg guard on the page at time of handcycle purchase was 75 dollars ( item shown was not for my particular cycle). When the handcycle was delivered it include was a piece of paper with a Q-Code that led to a website with a pricing list for parts, on that list the price was 57 dollars. the price of guards is not in question but what is, is the 25 dollar handling fee on a 1 pound item. I don't Know just seems over priced to me. I could be wrong but come on now am I really.
