      I ordered ordered a Lithium battery: ECHO CBP-58V20 thru Amazon Prime. Cost was $163.34. The battery was received on June 7, 2023. I used the battery for approximately one week. When I attempted to recharge it the battery was fully discharged and would not recharge. The battery is a total loss after just one week of service. When I contacted the manufacturer I was told I need to contact the dealer that sold the battery. I have determined that dealership is the Buckeye Tool Supply. When I call their published contact number I get a message saying their phone messaging service is not set up - I have been unable to contact them.

      I purchased a lithium battery,they shipped it to me without the lithium warning label.when I shipped it back,it cost 14.99.they don't pay for return shipping nor did they pay extra due to lithium. My package arrived with no warning label was in direct sunlight. I do have the photos to prove it. Lithium batteries will start fires.

I will contact Pay Pal and try to have their account removed if they will not respond with the remainder of my order. I see now they have an F rating on BBB.

      I have attempted to contact Buckeye Tool Supply two times by telephone 1-440-510-8023 on 18 August 2022 and 22 August 2022 each time a message came on with the following " we have not activated a voice mail, try again" then them hang up. I emailed them twice and the email was returned. Undeliverable. I want a return label for two items and a credit to my credit card. Order numbers are *************; *************. For (2) Spool Housing. The wrong size, will not fit, spool falls out of the Spool Housing for a Black and Decker Edger. I can be reached at ************ or email **************** if you need to contact me. ******** ** ** ******* I will attempt to attach the letter that I was not able to send by email. Additionally, Buckeye Tool Supply's email does not work.

      Purchase date was 7-25-22. Item received was not what was pictured on the website. I wanted a refund, so I emailed the company several times with no response. I called the telephone number listed several times and was told the number was not accepting voicemail. I returned the product with the included slip, checked that I wanted a refund. Returned item was delivered on 8-1-22. I still have not received any response to my emails or refund to my account. I paid $23.47 for the product. I then paid $5.90 to return the product.

      I placed an order on their website on 5/22/2022 and have not had any info about shipment and site says "awaiting fulfillment ". I have tried numerous times to call the number listed but there is no answer. I have also tried to email and message the company but have not gotten any response. I order parts from them because I was in need of them ASAP. I would just like a complete refund so that I may get them elsewhere.

      Order Confirmation (#*****) order sent in On Friday, May 13, 2022, 08:13:08 AM CDT received part. was supposed to fit my sb-1850BN BOSTITCH It does not. Not sure what Bostitch gun this is for. there are no markings on the case to reflect the actual part number. item does NOT look like item pictured on original order confirmation email. by email I asked for a shipping label to return this for a full refund.may 23 may 27 june 1 no reply. I did call the number for Buckeye 3 times and no answer went to voice mail which is not set up to receive messages.

      Ordered Porter Cable PLATEN ********* on Buckeye order number *****, 28 April 2022 and received email confirmation. Received wrong part PAPER PUNCH ******** on 2 May. Packing slips were included for my missing part and the incorrect punch addressed to Mr. ******* ***** ******. Attempted to contact vendor 2, 4, and 6 May by email and vendors' website without response. Called 9, 10, 12 and 14 May with no answer from vendor and message that voice mail was not set up. I do not have another way to contact vendor beyond the website "contact us", phone number which is not answered and no means of leaving messages, and email explanation which has been ignored. I would be happy to accept the correct part PLATEN *********, or have a refund of $10.81 issued to my credit card, and have asked for an RMA to send back the incorrect item. I have stated these options multiple times and given a date after which I would seek further action, publicize the lack of response and incorrect charges. Please see attachments for acceptance of order, example of request to vendor, packing slips, photos of incorrect part and desired part. Thank you!

      Thank you very much for the efforts of you and your colleagues at the Cleveland BBB office regarding my inquiry ******** on Buckeye Tools for shipment of an incorrect part and refusing follow up contact. 

      I received an order status change notice from this company late last week stating that a refund would be issued to my credit card.  A refund was in fact posted to my account on Friday 27 May and has appeared complete when I checked today.  This is a satisfactory resolution to my inquiry and I now consider the matter closed.  I am convinced that there would have been no response from this company without your efforts.

      On 4-24-2022 I ordered a string trimmer from Buckeye Tool Supply. They offered one without battery and charger. I ordered the one with battery and charger. When I opened the box there wasn’t a battery or charger. The trimmer without battery & charger was $72.39. I payed $172.39 and didn’t get a battery or charger. How am I supposed to use this trimmer without a battery? I feel that I’ve been ripped off for $100.00. I would like a battery and charger or $100.00 refund. I’ve tried to call 3 and Buckeye Tool Supply never answered, and their voice mailbox isn’t set up.
