            Pattern of Complaint:

            On October 16, 2022, BBB identified a pattern of complaint after a file review was completed using complaints and customer reviews in our file between March 1, 2022 to September 30, 2022 from customers with whom the business had a marketplace interaction or relationship.
            Their communications allege:
            1. Failure to refund orders received through the Wendy's App. Customers state they do not receive order or order is incorrect and they are unable to obtain refund.
            2. Failure to address customer's concerns/problems through BBB. Wendy's is nonresponsive to customer's complaints filed with BBB.
            3. Failure to address customer's concerns/problems through Wendy's customer support via email, chat or phone calls in a timely fashion or at all. Customers state when trying to contact Wendy's support in any way, they cannot reach customer service representatives, or wait for three hours or longer to do so.

            As of October 31, 2022, the business has failed to respond.  BBB attempted contact with the business concerning the pattern of complaint still being present on January 22, 2023, April 18, 2023, and March 18, 2024.

            Alert:

            While BBB continues to accept and report complaints against this business and fulfill its responsibility to inform businesses of communications from its customers, this business has indicated in April 18, 2023 that it will not accept or respond to complaints forwarded by BBB.  Please see response from business:

              Finished my overnight shift little after 7am. Put in a breakfast order for 2 sausage, egg & cheese biscuits on the wendys app. Went to Wendy's minutes later but they still weren't open. Went to the same Wendys hours later and got a burger. Pointed out I put in a breakfast order earlier that I didn't receive but no response on that. They were busy so they may not have heard me. I was told on a previous order that I didn't receive that I would have to get a refund through the app. Whether calling or messaging its very time consuming. Around an hour waiting for someone on the other end. I've already contacted them twice about this order. Was told the store and the dm would be contacted and that they would contact me by email but I haven't received any response. I would like my refund since it wasn't my fault that I didn't receive my order

              The Wendy’s in Royston ga sells apple pecan salad and doesn’t add the blue cheese. The manager said the blue cheese is moldy so she never adds it. They don’t tell you this before you order.The manager will not give a refund.The purposeful leaving out ingredients is cheating customers please do something about this store it also has a lot of other problems including rudeness.Manager was very rude
