          One of the addresses Tech Ball is using, 545 Metro Place South, One Metro Place, Suite 100, Dublin, Ohio, 43017 is that of The Metro Place business center whics is owned and operated by Regus. This is a company that offers virtual offices and mail forwarding and receiving services.  

          The other address Tech-Ball is using, is a Pak Mail located at 19 N Detroit St, Kenton, OH, 43326, a mail receiving and forwarding service. BBB urges consumers to think twice before doing business with a company whose physical location is unknown.  
          Refund and Exchange Policy
          • Consumers are advised to file a dispute with their credit card or PayPal if eight weeks have gone by and the merchandise has not been received. 

            According to the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act, "it shall be a deceptive act or practice to accept money from a consumer for goods ordered and then permit eight weeks to elapse without: making shipment or delivery of the goods, making a full refund, advising the consumer of the duration of an extended delay and offering to send the consumer a refund within two weeks if the consumer requests it or furnishing similar goods of equal or greater value as a good faith substitute if the consumer agrees." OCSPA 109:4-3-09
