RPS approved repairs to be done on my vehicle. After the repairs were completed, they went back and denied the initial claim. Finally they approved only part of it. On top of it all they didn’t even approve the full amount of the service rate from the dealership. At the end of the day they only covered a little bit more than half of the cost, not including nearly two months of my time and effort.Review from Joshua M

I went back in June to get my truck serviced, they had it for a week then ****** my service advisor called back and told me that everything was good it just needed to pass a test with the turbos but wasn’t able to get to it till 6 months later but they would refer me to their sister company in Lewisville then again no returned phone calls or when I would call them it was just a run around. So I decided to take it to the ford dealership in Grapevine and they found the problem and told me I would have to pay for it out of pocket due to them having difficulties collecting money from the warranty company (******). I called the warranty company And they told me I can have any certified mechanic work on it as long as he was certified So I found a certified mechanic he called the ****** to work it out and they told him they would replace the parts with aftermarket parts and he said he doesn’t work like that and they hung up on him. So after calling the Warranty back to talk to the adjuster and trying to file the claim he said he would call them in the morning to talk about whatever they needed to talk about but never did. So two weeks later the mechanic said they never called so I told him to go ahead and do the work and they told me that I got the work done without authorization and that they couldn’t reimburse me any money. So now I’m almost $5,000 in the hole. Thank you ******, ******** and now Renascent.Review from Moe J

Buyer's Remorse is an understatement. The company doesn't return phone calls or emails. They won't pay for the most expensive part of the repair costing 2200.00 for the part. The rest is being paid at about the same cost. There wasn't a reason given to us nor the repair center as to why this part wasn't covered when we purchased the plan with the "works". We purchased this plan with Tasca GMC in Melbourne FL. I plan to complain further to them so they will stop selling it to their valuable customers. 0 stars for this repair contract.Review from Shirelle L

After months of them telling me I had no coverage on my car, finally somebody saw I did purchase coverage. My vehicle was already in a body shop being repaired and I was told I couldn’t be reimbursed because they had to approve it first. They told me I had a warranty on my vehicle for everything to be covered, that was a lie. Then I asked if I could get an email showing the breakdown on what is covered and what’s not, they were unable to send me a copy. Paid $6000 for an extended warranty and got nothing out of it.Review from Earl N.

I was at the hospital on 06/22/2023 when my water pump gave out and I lost all my engine coolant. I had my 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 truck towed to ******* by *** and felt assured that I would get this fixed promptly , because I had a warranty. However, after ******* called the warranty company and ******* even went over my warranty and said that I should have no problem with the water pump being covered and getting my ball joints and bearing assembly replaced by the warranty company, which is something else that they noticed during their inspection. ******* also stated that they could have my car ready the next day, which would have been on 06/23/2023. With that said, ******* called me on 06/23/2023 and said that they still haven’t heard from the warranty company and said that this is one of the worst companies that they have dealt with, because it clearly states that the issues found are covered under my warranty and it’s just old parts that gave out and the warranty company should’ve immediately responded back within a few hours with an answer so I could be back on the road. I had to call out of work on that Friday and it looks like I’m going to have to call out of work this coming week starting on 06/26/2023 because I live approximately 50 miles from my job and cannot afford to pay a ride share company to get back and forth to work. This is absolutely the worst warranty company that I have ever dealt with in my life. Stay far away from this company who takes your money and procrastinates when it’s time for them to have to take care of their paying customers. This company and this warranty number ********** is a joke. They deserve negative 10 stars.Review from Taylor S

This company is a scam. They should not be allowed to operate. They will sell you a contract for warranty - which is purposely worded in a specific way that they will find a loophole to get out of paying for any claim. They have denied a claim to replace my engine, that crapped out on me after having had this car for two months. The previous owner neglected the car and this sketchy, scam artist company is refusing to pay for the replacement despite the fact that the previous owner neglected it and caused the engine failure, NOT ME. Do yourself a favor and don't ever pay for their warranty contracts. I will be bringing this story to the local news to be broadcasted for all of Toronto to see.Review from Fred R

MY MERCEDES BENS HAS BEEN AT ONTARIO MERCEDES BESZ FOR OVER 45 DAYS WAITING FOR RENASCENT PROTECTIONS FOR SOME STUPID EXCUSE OF HOLDING TYE COMPANY AT RANDOM while I am treated like shit at the dealer because they approve two repairs but DO NOT PROMISE PAYMENT. I purchase this pice of crap extended warranty at Nash Auto and every person I speak just keep giving a bunch of BS…. Please, please do not buy this warranty. SCAM, SCAM
