Worst place possible to have your vehicle repaired, had the worst experience with them, associate would claim insurance was not responding e-mails or calls only to later find out this was all false, communication from insurance was always there from day one, when confronted they simply refused to take responsibility and chose not to repair my vehicle ( out of shame/negligence I'd guess). Worst experience!! Our 2023 Pallisade was involved in a deer Hit and our vehicle was sent to D's Paint and Body in Peoria on June 8th. We were given an expected completion date and that was not met but understandable with parts delays. Since that time we have been given countless dates when our vehicle would be done and there is always some reason for another delay (we were told wrong part received three different times). We are beyond frustrated at this point and still do not have our vehicle back coming up on 3 months. Customer service is horrific, we have to follow up and rarely ever get a call for an update from them. General manager told my wife about a month ago that because she was getting so many different dates and mis-information that he would be her only point of contact at this point. She never heard from him again. I took over because my wife was so upset in dealing with this. I tried calling the regional manager multiple times trying to get this resolved and never received a call back. I then tried contacting Collision Right (just over a week ago) and spoke to a secretary there who took down all of my information and summary of what has been going on. Never received a call back from anyone there. Finally after multiple attempts was able to talk to the General Manager for the Peoria shop but nothing has changed (STILL DELAYED). D's Paint and Body has multiple locations in this area and I cannot speak to the others but we would NEVER use or recommend the Peoria location.Review from maria C

I've had a very bad experience with this business, I left a box of coins in the trunk of my car when I dropped off my car to be worked on at Top Gun Collision, when picking it back up the box worth more than $300 of coins was missing. It was my fault for leaving the box in the car and trusting them with it, but just because I left something in my car is not an excuse for it to be stolen.Review from Ronald H

Lifetime guarantee that's what they say ,it's not worth the paper that they give you. I have been a customer at ********************** Auto Body for about 18 years and have done close to $16,000 worth of business plus many referrals. One of my vehicle's a 10 year old Avalanche pickup truck with ***** MI on it;always garaged , had surface rust that appeared after a year-and-a-half where they repaired. After **** the owner inspected my pickup he mentioned to go buy a new pickup, because there's nothing that they would do for the surface rust. A very good friend of mine named ******* had a vehicle that had the same thing happen and he mentioned that they did repair the surface rust. I got a second opinion from another body shop who said that it was also surface rust, and that they would have stood behind their work, if it had been their work. We regret ************** is upset about the rust on his vehicle. We value our customers and strive to perform the highest of workmanship. As was explained to **************, the rust that he is talking about is not in the area that we repaired. The work that was completed on his vehicle was located at the back of the quarter panel next to the rear bumper. The rust he is referring to is up next to the rear wheel well of the quarter panel, therefore not under warranty. Hopefully this explains the reason his request was denied.Review from Billy S

My husband was hit by another vehicle 12/2021. Unfortunately, he unexpectedly passed away 1/2022. I took over the process with getting our Tesla repaired. I reached out to the Rifes Autobody Grandview location 2/2022 to get an appointment and was rescheduled 3 times. The first time, I called to confirm my appointment for the next day. The receptionist informed me that my appointment needed to be rescheduled and she didnt get around to calling. She then told me that I had to be rescheduled due to parts being on back order. I was understanding and was rescheduled for 3/21/2022. I called prior to 3/21/2022, to confirm my appointment; I was advised I had to be rescheduled again. The receptionist advised me that I will be contacted with a new appointment. I was never contacted, so I called Rifes Autobody on 3/22/2022, to follow-up. I was informed that I missed my appointment on 3/21/2022! I told her that she never called me to reschedule the March 21st appointment that Rifes Autobody said needed to be rescheduled. The receptionist then said she sent an e-mail confirming my appointment for March 21st, which I NEVER received. She then advised that she could schedule me for April 15, 2022. I explained that Im working with time sensitive issues and needed to get in earlier if possible. She advised me she would speak with a supervisor and call me back. I never received a call back. A friend sent an e-mail to Rife's Autobody on my behalf because I was having a hard time. The response from their **************** was very unprofessional. Instead of reaching out to gather additional details (dates, times, e-mail address confirmation) the company replied questioning if my friend was my ***** of ********* No apology, no accountability, very defensive, no e-mails found (as stated) after I was told I will be contacted via phone. Then I was redirected (from ******) back to my insurance company to receive service elsewhere. Honest and Ethical conduct shouldn't be this hard.CollisionRight, LLC Response

************************* was scheduled for repairs on 3/21/2022. On 3/11/2022 an authorization form was emailed to the customer. This is signed by the customer so that we can start the tear down and blue printing process of their vehicle for repairs. As stated, the customer missed the appointment and the email. There have been many events, some unexpected and unfortunate, leading up to this appointment. This also caused a mix up of contact information, IE: email addresses and phone numbers. Our *** did relay to ************************* that since the appointment was missed, we would have to reschedule for ****** As mentioned, there were issues with Tesla parts and ordering which delayed some repairs. I spoke with the *** about it as ************************* needed the vehicle repaired asap. It was my understanding it was going back to Tesla as soon as repairs were completed. I tried reaching out to ************************* personally on 3/25 to let her know she could drop on 3/28. The phone number I had kept going to voicemail. I made another attempt on 3/30 with the same result. We were contacted during this time, on several different sources, by a Ms. or ******************* , who claimed to be a representative of *************************. We never received a call or email from ************************* verifying, *******, as a contact person for this claim. We relayed this information back to Ms./******************* and then contacted Mrs. *********** ****************** The insurance representative told us to let both ******* and ********** know that if they still wanted the vehicle repaired to reach out to him. We emailed this response to Ms./******************* who in return replied on 3/30 with an aggressive response. We ceased communication with both parties at this point and made the insurance provider aware that the customer will need to choose another repair facility of their choice if Ms./******************* is to be involved any further with the repairs.Review from Nikkie F
