      I just got of the phone with customer service. I had ordered seven items for my Shopsmith (Mark V 510 purchased in 1982/3) from the web site. Confirmation email had different part numbers. Called customer service. The rep was impatient and rude. She tried to hang up before I was finished checking the order. Called her on her rudeness and impatience. Let's see what happens with the order.

      I have been a long time customer of Shopsmith products. My last two orders were great and arrived quickly. The costs were applied to my credit card and quickly cleared. Now a charge for one of those orders has reappeared on my credit card. I finally reached and talked to customer service. The rep stated she would forward the problem to her supervisor. The charge is still on my credit card. Very poor customer service. I don't like being charged twice for a product. Billing get your act together.

      Poor Customer Service. They sent me an incorrect product (their fault). They agreed to send me the correct product but could not send it until they had proof I had taken the incorrect product to UPS for a return. I explained that I would have to drive 50 miles round trip to a UPS office and a making a special trip to UPS would have cost me as much as the incorrect item they sent me. They offered to have UPS pick it up but it would take an extra day. I was waiting for this part to get my saw up and running again and didn't think I should have to wait any longer to correct their mistake.

      Very very rude customer service..You spend thousand of dollars on their items and they are so very rude when you call to ask something..I dont need an agent yelling at me

      Customer was correct. Her concerns were handled inappropriately by our staff. We appologized to her and explained that we will focus our training efforts on how to better handle situations like this. We also thanked her for bringing the issue to our attention.       Mr F******* contacted me personally..Ive never had this done.before...He went to great lengths to help me with my problem gave me 100% amazing service and sent the hard to find part at no charge a very big thank you to Bill F******* ..who went way beyond to help me ...
