THIS PLUMBING COMPANY QUOTED ME FOR A WASHER MACHINE DRAIN CLEAN THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE UNDER $100. THEY CHARGED FOR A MAIN DRAIN OF $265.00. THEY COULD'NT FIND THE MAIN DRAIN CLEAN OUT IN THE FRONT YARD. PROMISED TO RETURN TO FINISH THE JOB BUT NEVER DID. TRIED CALLING THEM AND WAS HUNG UP ON AND AGAIN WITH NO RETURN CALL FROM THEM. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD AND HAS SCAMMED ME OUT OF $265.00. SINCE THEN ANOTHER COMPANY HAS CAME OUT AND VERIFIED THAT THIS COMPANY DID NOT DO ANYTHING TO FIX THE ISSUE THEY WAS CALLED FOR. THIS COST ME ADDITIONAL $415.00.

We did provide service to this customer. After speaking to the customer we provided her a refund in the amount of $255. I’m not sure why this complaint was made and the customer stated to me that the second company mentioned provided additional services that was never mentioned to us. At no point did we quote anything to them under the amount of $100.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:Apparently this business is not truthful. They apologized to my wife on the phone and blamed a employee. They refunded the $265.00 which even they said was $255. I still think their rating should be reduced.

Date of service 07/12/2021. Drain cleaned for blockage. They only ran the drain one time and it wasn't cleared of blockage. We paid them$175.00 only after company threatened to put a lien on our home if we didn't pay them. They didn't finish the job as far as we are concerned. We paid them to clear a blockage and drain is still blocked. We want a refund and a comment left about this on their advertising website.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/07/13) */ We did respond to the need at this address. We cabled and jetted this customers downspout drain from his cleanout by the house to the street. We found no obstructions in the customers line. we also jetted the line from the same cleanout and found no obstructions. After further diagnosis we found that the city's 6 inch storm drain was clogged on the neighbors property. We had 2 guys on the property working to get the drain open for 2 hours. The issue with this customers drain is not on their property and without the permission of the city or the neighbor we could not proceed further.
