In the past week or so, I have called the business. On the first call, a person answered and when I told her that I had been a customer wherein their product had been installed several years ago, she asked for my address and name. When she responded, she told me they had no records of it. I told her I had the invoice and another document. She told me that she would get back to me after she checked on it. I hadn't heard from her for a couple days so I called again and left a message. Still no response for a few more days so I called again a couple days ago and left a message. No response as of now. The message that I left on the last call was that we were having a problem with water capture or words to that effect. I'm now left with no answers...concern that they have no records of it while I do. And concern whether they care about my issue, one way or the other. I checked their record with BBB and learned that they appear to have a very good reputation.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2021/07/07) */ On June 21st we discovered that this customer was listed under ***** ************ ******** ***** Association and not the customers' name. One June 22 the owner of the company cleaned the gutter guard for Mr ********* and verified the downspout was draining. Afterwards, ***** met with Mr. ********* and assured him his gutter guard was clean and properly evacuation water. ***** provided Mr. ********* his direct phone number should he have any future issues.Initial Complaint

Gutters aren't secure, rain is going behind gutters, directly to foundation - not downspout.
