Called them Wednesday morning that I needed a fill soon. The agent advised they would get someone out soon and they may have someone in my neighborhood that same week. Never heard back, received any service or received a followup. Now it's Saturday morning, 4 kids at home and freezing temps outside and no heat because the propane is now empty and can't even get a clear answer if/when we can get a fill. If I ran my business like this I would be out of business. It shouldn't take 72+ hours with no callback/followup or service provided. This should be resolved with swift service and reimbursement if this causes burst pipes due to the cold temps and no heat. Not to mention, more frequent contact to check our meter and refill so this doesn't happen again!Business response

Our company has always tried to give good customer service, so hearing that this has not happened is frustrating to me. This has been an extremely challenging year dealing with all the issues we are hearing about in the news from hiring employees, to receiving merchandise, and being able to have trucks repaired in a timely manner. Those have all impacted our business as well, and we are trying to work on solutions that will make things better in the future. The first time it was brought to my attention that Ms. ****** was out of gas was the morning of February 19th. We do run gas on a route system and do not get into every area that we service every day. We were able to move some things around that day and did fill her tanks that afternoon. I apologize that it was not as quick a response as Ms. ****** feels it should have been, but, as I stated earlier we have faced many challenges that have been beyond our control.
