On April 4, 2022 A-Abel came up to my house to fix a leaky pipe under my sink. I had galvanized pipe and they replaced all the plumbing with PVC pipe. Everything was brand new so there should be no more leaks. The total cost was $497. It was replaced and before he left the plumber noticed it was leaking, in the brand new pipe he had just installed, so he fixed it. Later on that evening I noticed it was leaking again so I called them back and they came out the next day. They fixed the leak AGAIN in the brand new piping they had just installed. This is the second time it had leaked in less than 24 hours. I assumed it was fixed since they are plumbers. I don’t get under my sink very often but in July 2022 which would be three months later I found the brand new pipe was leaking AGAIN under my sink. It had been leaking for some time. Now this is the same brand new pipe they had just replaced. It was leaking in the same spot that it had already leaked twice before. Apparently he still hadn’t fixed it. So I called them and they told me that it had been too long that I would have to pay for another service call and the cost to get it fixed. You would think that brand new pipe that cost almost $500 wouldn’t be leaking again in three months. I I am not paying them more money to fix something that should’ve been done right to begin with. I will never use them for my plumbing again and I do not recommend them to anyone. This is bad business! The job was never finished I was back to square one where my pipes are leaking.

This has been resolved with the customer.

Our techincian went out again and this was a completely different leak than the one we originally fixed.  We waived the dispatch fee to be nice and also offered an additional discount to help with the cost.  The customer is satisfied with our work and our company.

On 12/15/2021 service was performed on 2 toilets. The technician broke the 2nd toilet upstairs. The invoice states "Replaced tank parts on both main and upstairs toilets, tested for leaks and operation. Advised customer on upstairs toilet tank parts gaskets not in good shape due to bleach tablet, recommend replacing toilet if future issues. Will deduct today’s parts of $150.00 off price of new toilet if customer goes with new toilet". Approximate dates: 8/24/2022 still waiting for a follow-up from the company to perform the service as stated. 8/19/2022 followed up with the company for a status 8/17/2022 company followed up and said they would deduct $50 because it's been 8 months. I told the customer service rep that it was not acceptable because what I've been doing during those 8 months was personal, and I was not given a time limit to schedule to have the follow up service done. She stated she would follow up with the manager and get back with me. 8/16/2022 contacted the company to perform the service

We did not break the toilet in question. The toilet was not broken, as Ms. ******* alleges. Our technician advised Ms. ******* that the bleach packs she had been putting in the tank, over a period of time had damaged working parts of the toilet and we would recommend replacing the toilet as it was quite old. A new toilet would be more environmentally friendly as a side benefit. We have since returned and  installed  a new toilet with a 50% discount. We have since received a 5 star google review from this customer for that service. We always strive to exceed customer expectations.

We paid a little over $2600 to have pex ran and cast iron removed. Their sub par work caused a small flood as well as; broke my main gas line shut off valve, guest toilet flange set to low, master bath shower was not as quoted, kitchen plumbing set to far left, flooded basement 1st day when removing cast iron (only partially cleaned), damaged wash basin (left a new one but did not install), we had to go buy shark bites for apprentice as he did not have what was needed, we disposed of most the cast iron. We as well as our ********** agent reached out via email requesting their insurance information and they refuse. We had several issues and they tried to address by saying we did a gas line however they installed it live since they broke shut off valve. They have admitted partial blame however their employee did not do the work properly causing damage which they should reimburse us for the repairs cost we endured.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/08/02) */ To begin with this customer left us a 5 star google review the day we finished the job (7/15/21). The customer is in the business of flipping houses. In order of her complaint. We provided extra services at no charge. We did all work for the original quoted price. The toilet flange was set to the height requested by the customer, they were installing flooring after we finished. We did not cause any water leak. The gas main shut off broke as it was 50+ years old. It had to be turned off to accomplish the contracted job. There was no negligence involved. The basement leak was a small amount of water that supposedly leaked when we not present. The shower work is related to a plastic drain, which we use 100% of the time. The customer says she was shown a brass drain and wanted it changed out. We offered to trade it out and the customer refused. The kitchen plumbing was set where the customer requested. It is not our fault their dimensions were incorrect. The basin was discolored by the work being done over it, while one plumber went to purchase a replacement, another plumber continued to clean the soiled one. Upon his return the customer said the original did not look too bad to just leave the new one for them. It is my guess they returned the new one for credit, which is why they did not allow us to install it. We did not need shark bites, the customer kept the ones they purchased. They wanted to dispose of scarp iron for the cash value it was worth. I called the ********** agent 3 times and never was able to speak to him. The gas shut off valve still functions properly. We offered to go back and replace the shut off valve no charge and the customer refused. We are proud of our A+ BBB rating, which we have earned with our 59 five star reviews. We are still willing to go back and do the two things listed above at no charge or give the customer a $250 refund. Consumer Response /* (3000, 8, 2021/08/09) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The extra work the company is talking about is work THEIR employee chose to do and in doing so he caused more damage. When he created more damages he offered to do additional work such as the gas line. As far as gas line he never turned it off to install it, in fact he apologized several times for the smell caused by doing the line "live". We specifically had a conversation as to where the plumbing needed to come up in the kitchen and he still put it in the wrong location causing the cabinets not to fit so we had to re run that plumbing. Had they not flooded my bathroom the toilet would have set ok but they did flood it due to negligence and so the bathroom had to be reflected causing the floor to set a little higher Again they are responsible for their employees and the work they do or don't do therefore they should be responsible to pay for it yes we do "flip houses" but this is my personal house I live in and even in a flip I would never do subpar work, I treat any house as if my own, it wouldn't have been nice should the company have the same practice as they did not. I have spoke to several people who have had just as bad experience with the company as we did. All we are asking is for repair cost not the additional cost we are out for their employees failures had they just given us their insurance information when ********** asked we would have not went this route. They should be responsible to pay.
