A to Z completed an asphalt job last spring charged me around $6500 i was asked not to park on it for the weekend and i did that. since then it looks like an American flag waving in the wind. I have called many times they even came out and put some extra asphalt in a few divets. The problem is they did not put in a proper base. To fix it correctly will be expensive. I feel they are putting me off until the 1 year warranty has expired. I have been told on more than one occasion they will be here to repair it but always some reason they could not make it. I just want it fixed correctlyBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/05/27) */ Our foreman, ***** *****, has been in contact with the customer, and has assured him that we will do remedial work on the section of his driveway that is affected. He explained to the customer that the ground conditions adjacent to the driveway are the cause of the issues in part of the driveway. We have returned to the site (last year) to do some level of remediation but the final restoration should not take place until we are in a very dry period, typically July or August. There is no warranty expiration problem; there never has been a warranty issue in the 45 years of the company's existence. Our BBB record is pretty solid evidence. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/05/30) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I have not spoken with ***** ***** since the original estimate and job was initially completed. I have spoken with a lady in their office multiple times and in all cases I have been the one to call for information. This is the first that I have heard about the ground conditions adjacent to the driveway being the cause of the issue. Most recently I was told someone would be out 4/27/2021 or 4/28/2021 to do repair work, but was no call no showed. If I need to wait until July/August for the ground to be dry that is acceptable as long as I am kept informed on the matter. Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2021/06/02) */ I am adding this work to our schedule for July. We will notify the customer a couple days in advance to make sure the date works out for him.
