    During the third quarter of last year, I was contacted by ****** at Ziehler Lawn Care. I was not a current customer at the time. He left a voicemail indicating that any treatments I signed up for until the end of the year would be given a 10% discount, and a free liquid lawn aeration. I still have the voicemail from Ziehler that I can forward if needed. In the meantime, I contacted Ziehler, and stated that I would like to take advantage of their offer. Soon after, they came out and treated my lawn. However, I never received the 10% discount, nor the liquid lawn aeration. Since then, I have contacted Ziehler Lawn Care with several emails trying to resolve
    the issue. They never did address the 10% discount that was promised, and they professed that the free liquid lawn aeration promised was only when a lawn package of seven treatments was ordered. Never in any of the communications was that said to me until they began answering my emails. If you request, and listen to the voicemail, nothing like that was communicated to me. In an email from Ziehler I can provide, they chalked it up to a miscommunication. There are several emails to and from ******* ******* to whom I have been communicating. I am happy to provide those at your request. I suggested a remedy, but did not hear back. I'm assuming they would prefer I go away. My solution was a credit of 10% of which I paid last year, and a credit of $137 to be applied to future treatments I would sign up for. The $137 is the amount that is charged for liquid aeration that I did not receive, but I wanted it at the time. I no longer need that service as it's already been completed by someone else. Again, Ziehler reached out to me. They promised me a 10% discount for any services until the end of 2023, plus a free liquid aeration. None of which I received.
