      I was told I would need aligners by Dr. Kulkarni. I was really struggling with apnea, so I agreed and I paid the bill in full right away. I was measured for the aligners and excited to be one step closer to being able to sleep. Months went by and I heard nothing. When I called in to ask about the aligners, no one could tell me anything. Eventually, someone called back and said I would need to be measured again. I went for a second and eventually a third measurement. Months went by & each time I called I would be told: “I don't know anything about that, the systems are down, or the people who could tell you aren't here”. I finally had to demand a manager because I wasn't waiting any longer. The office manager told me that she couldn't access the system & couldn't cancel the charge then, but she would do it a few days later. She called a few days later and said the charge was canceled. Meanwhile, I had been pursuing help for my sleep apnea at a sleep clinic. Dr. Kulkarni was either wrong or lying, because my sleep apnea is now completely regulated thanks to a bipap machine. I never needed the aligners, or the surgery. Even worse, Stonecreek Dental in Centerville continued to send me a bill every month for the aligners I never received. Every month I would call & every time they would say: "we have nothing in our records or we don't show that you owe us anything." Fast forward to today (February 2024) & I received a notice in the mail from a collections agency stating that I still need to pay this bill to Stonecreek Dental - for something I paid in full and then was refunded my full purchase price because I never received the product. This is a mistake on the part of Stonecreek Dental that I have asked them to rectify at least a dozen times, but they seem entirely unwilling to correct their mistake. No one, anywhere, ever, should risk going to a dentist that has caused so much hardship and grief.

      I have beeen a patient at this dental location for almost 30 yrs. That longevity alone would indicate I liked this dental practice. In the past year this office has taken a nosedive. I had a very expensive gold crown replaced the beginning of July 2023 without the assitance of dental insurance, but was told the warranty for crowns is 5 years. well, it popped off last week and I scheduled an appointment to have it reattached. scheduling was difficult as they have changed their hours to the shortest possible business day 10-3. After 2 and a half hours they did X-rays, digital imaging and a mold of my new crown. I stopped her at that point to inform her I just need it reattached. They tried to charge me over 200.00. She said it was covered by their warranty for 6 months!!!! It's a shame I was at the 7 month mark. It's my belief they won't be in business much longer doing shoddy work with no gaurantee any of it will last til you get out the door.

      Declining service would no longer recommend. Was a customer for 20 years, Had problems with invisalign. Can't get timely appointment with Dentist. They have a shortage of dentists (takes up to 2 months for appt). They have messed up the invisalign maintenance. Customer service is not good. During last cleaning, had no dentist to provide quick exam. Not sure how they stay in business, they are chaotically managed.

      On May 09,2022, I made an appointment with Stonecreek Dental office in Kettering, OH. The scheduler asked my brothers insurance and group number. Appointment set for the next day. Same info asked at desk. Once my brother was taken back, had X-rays, and was told a $5,000 treatment plan, AND told his insurance was not in their network. Had we knew this before appointment and at time of visit, we would not have had any service provided. My brother who has limited income was charged $149 for an X-ray that he thought was covered, and the front staff never informed him until the service was informed. My brother was never told his insurance was not in network. He was also told of all the deep cleaning, extractions were needed, when a second dentist told him his teeth were fine, they he had trigeminal neuralgia! The services suggested would have never taken care of this problem! This lack of attention provided by this dental clinic caused wasted time, money, and unprofessional dental assessment. I have shared this experience to everyone I know, and I hope this is read by any new customers considering this location. I will also send a letter to their corporate office. My brother is requesting to BBB that his payment refunded. The location waiting room is not Covid compliant as mentioned in their description.
