I came in for a morning appointment and I prepaid for my two sisters a bridal package on August 25th.They met me at the venue several hours later and my young sister told me her makeup wasn’t done because the student didn’t know how to do it and she requested for her hair braided and the student had put up a bun regardless of being corrected many times younger sister was upset about her experience and I paid for the package she didn’t receive.I contacted the manager for a resolution and I didn’t Receive one and they haven’t got back with me.

Thank you for allowing Creative Images Institute of Cosmetology to respond.
Our records and communications with the Campus Manger at the event (August 25) as well as the Educator who had worked with our two students involved with these services. Their information stated the following;
1. The two clients (sisters) received their requested services.
2. One of the two Sisters was not pleased with the hair portion of the service. This portion was re-done as agreed to by our Client and our Educator received the make-up portion of the service request.
3. Both services (make-up and hair) were approved upon departure from our school. The service ticket notes do not demonstrate a complaint at time of our Client's departure from our school.
4 This complaint was our first documentable complaint following our Client's departure.
We appreciate our Students as well as our Clients and we understand differences.
