      a few weeks ago I purchased a battery for a phone the unit was faulty it would not charge I paid almost 40.00 for this I want a new one or my money back

      we have a 14 day return policy which, if the cell phone she has was faulty, should have been found within that time.  we have a very easy return procedure by just stopping back at the location and doing the return at within this time frame.  the original purchase was on 3/4/23 for 37.35$

      we will reach out to customer and get this matter resolved.  as far as our records show, we were not contacted within the 14 days.  but i will still get taken care of.

      Hello, On Saturday 12/03/2022 I went to Batteries Plus bulbs to get my iPhone 11 fixed for a cracked screen. After replacing my cracked screen, the ear piece on the phone would not work. I returned the following day Sunday 12/04/2022 to ask for it to be fixed since it was fully functional before they replaced my screen. The staff advised me that they will reach out to a manager and that the manager would come back and fix the issue with my phone and order the parts they damaged. On 12/06/2022 I got in touch with the store manager by the name of *****. ***** advised me that all they could do was put back on the cracked screen and refund me the money I paid without fixing the earpiece that they had damaged because there was nothing that they could do for that, so now I’m left with a phone that has a cracked screen and a damaged earpiece. I can’t see or hear any of my incoming phone calls because all the damage that was caused by the negligence of the store while replacing the screen of my phone. I spoke with a regional manager by the name of **** that was not able to help me and never returned my call. I paid $160.11 for the services, they will not honor the warranty of 6 months they gave me or fix the damages they caused to the earpiece of my phone while replacing the screen. They will only return the broken phone to me and refund me, but will not fix the damages they did to the device. The device is useless after the damage they did to the ear piece. I can’t take any calls since there is no sound. I need them to honor their warranty and acknowledge the repair to the earpiece they damaged. I need my phone repaired.

      I reached out to the customer and informed him that we could take a look at his phone again to resolve the issues it is having. If we are unable to resolve in store, the customer is aware we can escalate the phone to another repair facility to get fixed. The customer is satisfied with the plan of action.
