I was very happy with my experience with Innovate. I had a basement window installed and it looks great. It is very superior to the plain glass window I had before. It is the perfect solution to keep out the dampness that comes from being so close to the ground. Everyone at this company is very professional. The replacement windows for the utility room are great. They are exactly what I had been looking for. The process was seamless from my contacting the company and a representative coming out to take measurements and offer me options to choose from and then the installation of the windows. Purchased shower panels, shower shelves, and shower doors but did my own installation. There was plenty of installation documentation and videos. Additionally, the Innovate staff were knowledgeable in answering any questions. One shower door had a factory flaw issue and Innovate quickly resolved the problem and had a new door shipped. I will continue to order from Innovate Solutions due to their high quality products, reasonable cost, and above-standard support after the sale.Review from Maggie D

Technician arrived right on time and got to work without delay. He did a super job installing 6 basement windows. Four hours later and one could hardly tell he’d been here with the exception of having great windows and step one of a basement rehab project completed. The installation of the glass block windows in my basement are beautiful and meet my expectation. However, the external cleanup is disappointing. Excessive trash from the installation was not picked up and removed from the window wells and ~40% or a little less of the glue from the trim around both windows were not removed. Since all my neighbors in my subdivision have trim around their basement windows, how should I inform them? The windows are beautiful but the clean up is questionable! Also, I asked one of the installers about the completing the clean up, and he got in his vehicle and drove away. The experience was so close to being 5 stars.

From the time I contracted them to set up an appointment to the actual installation they are excellent to work with. They showed up at the schedule time to look at our window to be replaced, showed us our options for the window, explained the installation process and what to expect. On the day of installation the work crew was on time, they got to work immediately. I was surprised at how quickly they were done, also impressed by the workmanship. I was so impressed with the installation, they had to remove a metal frame on the old window, they did not make a mess of the inside basement, did not even tear up the drywall that was around the window area. The window looks great, the clean up was spot on, no mess. The work crew absolutely the best. Absolutely can recommend them for block window installation.Innovate Building Solutions Response

This was one of the best experiences we have ever had with a contractor, and we have used many over the 40 years we have been in our home. It began with the bid process, where Jeff went over the project in detail and explained exactly how it would be completed. The cost estimate was lower and more detailed than competing bids. The office manager, answered all follow-up questions, send out reminders and processed payment in a professional and friendly manor. The installer was simply outstanding; efficient, excellent clean-up, and perfect execution. His mortar work was a work of art. Positive, professional, friendly, quick responses and available! From initial contact to final installation we have been pleasantly surprised. Ron and Amanda were there for us and found what we needed to complete the installation. One clutch, installing the vinyl strips that hold the window in place. We feel a little more direction on this could have saved some phone calls & time. Once the contractor figured it out, all went well. Again thanks to Amanda and Ron. The customer service was great. They were very helpful. I bought onyx shower walls and installed them myself. I messed up the window measurements and Diane was great on helping me get the correct size. I would recommend them.Innovate Building Solutions Response
