Honda Acura Specialist car repair transaction on 8/12/23 for the amount of $146.79. I took my car to have a check engine light repair, 3 different times and they never fixed it. Every time I left there after paying the light came back on. This last time they said it needed an evaporator hose, which they said they replaced but didn't, and said that would solve the check engine light problem. I paid the above amount, but as soon as I tried to drive away the check engine light was still on. I went back in and they said it had a different problem and then wanted me to pay them a 4th time for that. I suggested that since I had already paid several hundred dollars to have this fixed the past 3 times, so therefore would like them to fix it properly for me without charge, the woman told me to leave and not come back. They would not refund my money, the car was not repaired, and the woman at the desk was disrespectful and uncooperative.Business response

i will agree to refund mrs **** the $146.79 if she changes the google review from a 1 star to a 5 star saying ( " i was unhappy with the service performed but we came to an agreement and she is satisfied with the out come" ) if she does not agree with this outcome i can give a detail account of all the work related to her check engine light over the last 2 years

I thought they were going to refund my money if I would resend my google review. I am waiting on them to refund my money so i can change my review but they still haven't refunded the money?Business response

Called and talked to her today on the phone Needed her card which wasn't available at the time, waiting for her call back.
