      I purchased a 2009 Honda Accord on 7/30/2021 and the payment were to be for 20 months. payoff date is suppose to be 3/18/2022. They are saying that I owe for 2/4,2/18,3/4,3/18 I have attached my payment history from their payment system to show that the payments have been made. I spoke with Germain the owner/manage he is saying no matter what the records show, I still owe because their records show that and he will not adjust their records to reflect the payment made. This was also included in my chapter 7 bankruptcy. I want them to update their records to show car is paid in full.

      I have reviewed and researched the complaint made by Ms. ********. The current dealership software that we use to manage loan accounts is well developed and accurate. The loan account belonging to Ms. ******** has a current loan balance due of $1060.04. This is mainly comprised of late fee's and accrued interest due to payment delinquency. As I said, these amounts are pre-calculated based on due dates and payments made on the account.  The original written payoff date on the contract is no longer accurate because of the delinquency.

      In reference to the Bankruptcy, we do have record of the chapter 7 filing. The debtor (Ms. ********) retained the vehicle ( reaffirming the debt) and has continued to pay on the vehicle, thru March 18, 2022. We have it noted in our system, on October 2, 2020,  Ms. ******** called and spoke with an employee, stating she was in BK but was going to keep the car and continue to make payments. I would be happy to discuss this with her attorney. Please have the attorney email me at ********************

      I am rejecting this response because: 

      Due to payment were made from 1015/2021 to 3/18/2022 on every due date biweekly , so therefore there should have not been any $20 late fees applied to my account, any delinquent amount that I owed was always paid in full to include the late fees which shows on the payment record, the dates of the remaining payment they have listed are I have attached my payments for those dates, so why are late fee attached?

      2/4/22 for $125 no late fee added

      2/18/22 for 175 & 20 late fee

      3/4/22 for 175 & 20 late fee

      3/18/2022 for 175 & 20 late fee

      this is an example of how they are adding late fees that are not late to my account, I have had the car for 20 months now which was the agreement, every time I made my biweekly payment on the due date, they still charge the $20 on going late fees.

      Please review attached document. This excel document is as complete summary of Ms. Hairston pay history. There are several periods of delinquency. I would be happy to meet with her in person to review the entire pay history and decide on a possible resolution.
