          In November, 2020, BBB investigated Top Gear Design’s business practices. This investigation was prompted because businesses told BBB they had received invoices for “quarterly network optimization”. All of the consumers say they never worked with this company nor had they ever heard of the company.

          On 12/14/2021, BBB confirmed the address the business is using, 213-605 N High St, Columbus OH, 43215, is a UPS Store, a mail forwarding/receiving service. BBB does not know where the business is physically located. BBB communicates with the company by email. As of December 2021, the business has always responded indicating the “service has been canceled, and they will not contact the consumer again”.

          On 12/14/2021, BBB used a domain name search and found the website http://www.tgmarkt.com was created on 1/22/2018. BBB reviewed the website which appears to use stock photos and photos from other sites to represent its staff and management team.

          On 11/21/2020, BBB emailed Top Gear Design and ask them to respond to the following questions:
          a list of all physical and remote locations, 
          the secretary of state registration for the business,
          the names of the principals,
          any licensing the business may have,
          the company’s EIN, 
          business start date, and
          affiliations with other businesses.

          BBB did not receive a reply.
