******* ******* Bank received an invoice in the mail from TG Marketing & Design for $1,186. The invoice described it was for Quarterly OSP Optimization, Utilizing Google Analytics and Synchronous Logging Metrics. This company is not legitimate.Business response

We have no record of Ms. ***** contacting us and are unclear as to what she is basing her opinion on. However, we are happy to cancel the invoice and per her request, we will have no further contact with her and/or her company.Initial Complaint

We received a duplicate invoice from this company that others on this BBB have complained about invoicing us for $1,186.00 for services which we did not request or receive. Same billing address 213-605 N. High Street, Columbus, Ohio - that you list as a PO Box at a UPS Store. Watch out, they do have a website that looks official.... But this is a Scam and people should not pay this invoice.Business response

invoice # ***** dated 2021-04-06 for 1,186.00 Item Q.net Quarterly OSP - Network Optimization We do not know this company, have never spoken to anyone from this company, and have never agreed to have this company provide any services. This is sham. This company should be blacklisted and forced to pay. If 1,186.00 is a good amount for them to bill us, them 1,186.00 is a good amount for them to pay us.Business response

Better Business Bureau:There could not be a cancellation. There was no order!
The invoice was dated 4/6/2021 (terms net 45) and received in June 2021.
If it was cancelled the invoice should never have been sent.
I would prefer that they be fined or at least highlighted as a company with questionable ethics.
I think there is something wrong with this business and
hope they are unable to prey on other businesses in the future.
The owners should be required to list their names on their web site.
With this said and unable to proceed legally --
I accept the business's response to resolve this complaint.
