Terrible customer service! I waited for a delivery promised from 12-4. There was no communication from the company that they would be 2 1/2 hours late. They arrived at 640 and said their truck wouldn't make it down the driveway. Our product was returned to their warehouse. I called their office the next morning and was promised a return call from the supervisor and still haven't heard back. We spent $30K. I wouldn't hire them to move anything!

This company has delayed my shipment from Cabinets to Go 3 times. This has held up my contractor and me providing poor excuses for the delays. Today I received a call from their scheduler informing me my delivery scheduled for tomorrow will be delayed another 2 weeks. The cabinets have been in there facility for a week now. I can't imagine how they can run their business like this. CABINETS TO GO needs to sever their contract with them!!!!Review from LC Y

If I could rate this company it would be zero stars. They lie to everyone and teach their employees to do the same. I order cabinets out of ****** and unfortunately they have started working with this company to get my cabinets delivered directly to customers homes. There has not been a single on of my orders as to which CW has delivered in a timely manner. They lose stuff and do not follow up with me about anything. Even when I finally got through to the owner he is the exact same way and does not follow up nor will he respond to any emails that I have been sending to find out where my orders are.
