      Had a new sliding door installed and they were fantastic to work with. Our installer ***** did a wonderful job and cleaned up everything when he was done. Highly recommend using Apco.

      Recently had new windows installed. I love them, the outside noises are not as noticable and Im sure I'm saving energy.The sales person was very knowledgable, friendly and efficient.The installers worked hard all day, very polite, friendly and efficient! They litterly worked hard all day, didn't even stop for lunch.I highly tecommend Apco!

      The door install was done very well and it looks great. There was a small amount of water damage from the previous door and it was repaired at no extra cost. The reason I only gave 4 stars was that I had to reach out to APCO after 10 weeks for an install date. The salesperson said 7 to 9.

      From the sales person, to the office personnel, to the installers, our experience with APCO was terrific. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of our new French doors and storm doors and were super impressed with the professionalism of the installers who took great care to make sure we were satisfied with the end result.

      Columbus worst window company. Over 1 year start to finish. Order placed 4/26/24 and final invoice sent 5/22/25. Family company but they dont install their own windows. The problems started from the beginning with their subcontractor installers. The job was quoted for 2 days to install 16 windows and they rushed to finish in one day. Towards the end of the install, it started to rain and they were just throwing metal and caulking around the windows. The quality of the install was horrible. I have a large picture window that is over a half an inch out of square and they say it is acceptable. Multiple window sashes were cracked at install. I met with ***** the project manager multiple times after the install and each time he said Apco would make it right. After the initial install it was over 12 weeks and multiple calls to Apco before they came out to address the first issues.I believe after the initial install Apco made seven trips out to my house to fix the work. There is no quality control with Apco. One trip to my house they brought the completely wrong windows not one window they brought belongs to my house. And multiple times after that multiple windows they would bring out would be broken before install. Everyone I talk to says they dont know where the ball was dropped or what happened. So after one year and approximately seven days off of work to try and resolve issues, I would not recommend Apco to my worst enemy.

      APCO installed ****** board, insulation and new gutters on our 1950 home and it couldnt look more charming and fresh! We had a wonderful experience from day one. Any and all issues along the way were immediately addressed. The number of compliments we have received from neighbors has been incredible. Thanks to *****, ***** and the hardworking crew for giving us such a wonderful experience and end product.
