I couldnt believe it. I tried to place an order over the phone with a sales representative but my debit card was declined due to the price of the product being above a certain limit. They were withholding the limit amount for 3-4 days. I waited 4 days for the money to be available in my account to spend before I tried to make the purchase again. Once the money was back in my account I called Ohio Power Tools to place the order again and this time I used my business checking account because it has a higher limit and the transaction went through smooth. Well fast forward a month and half later I tried to order some food with my card but kept getting declined. I checked my bank account and Ohio Power Tool ran my personal card again and it was declined because it was above the transaction limit. But they again were holding the funds for 3-4 days. My bank and savings account were now at $0 and I have auto payments scheduled for subscriptions. I called them and they told me they tried running my card again for that sale.Questions:1. Why would you still have my card on file?2. Why would OPT try to run my card again without asking me?

Ohio Tool is a family owned business that my family had never ordered anything from before. We compared their prices with all the other major competitors and Ohio Power Tool was significantly lower. I placed my first order that was on back order but they kept me informed and it shipped within 2 days after received. On Friday before Christmas I called to ask if it was to late for another order before the holiday. ************************* answered the phone from the store counter and took my order and even walked it to the wear house to make sure every effort would be made to get my order shipped. Everyone Ive talked to there has gone far beyond customer service and my family will definitely be ordering from them again and we plan to spread the word. ****. H
