Beware of this business. I made an appointment for dental cleaning and were told $150 + TAXES. But when i checked out they said it's $350 and the guy on the phone made a mistake informing me wrong prices. This is BS purely.

I just wasted a day off. I made a CLEANING appointment & spend over 2 hours at the office but no cleaning done. After waiting for so long, the dentist had me open my mouth & looked at my teeth for less than 5 mins. She said I was good to go for a cleaning & then the assistant said I’ll have to reschedule to get my teeth ACTUALLY CLEANED. I talked to the front desk to ensure I’m not getting charged anything because I didn’t get the cleaning service I came in for. She said my insurance will get charged for the “exam” & treatment recommendation. Like WHAT? I didn’t even get a full exam or the cleaning I came in for. I asked if I’m going to get charged, I need to get the full exam & the cleaning I came in for. She sent me back to see the assistant & doctor. I’m thinking they’re about to finally clean my teeth, the assistant did a gum check & said I may have gum disease & may need “deep cleaning” but STILL CANNOT DO THE CLEANING TODAY. I never dealt with a dentist that pushes you off to do everything else but basic cleaning (the most basic thing dentists do). THIS PLACE HAS NO RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER’S TIME OR NEED. It is not there to service the customer’s needs but is looking to scam insurance by billing for services the customer did not ask for or get.

The 2nd time i had to do a review on these people. The customer service and management are rude. My wife went in for her routine office visit and had a cavity filled. The next day, my wife woke with pain in her mouth and unable to chew properly. This location is closed on fridays so we had to go to easton. They charged her for a xray and billed insurance when it wasnt necessary, which caused her to get billed on her next routine visit. The problem is, the doctor at the reynoldsburgh office did a c*** job and because of it we got billed on our insurance. instead taking responsibility for it they kept passing the blame on the easton office. ****** had to correct your mistake. they have refused to help, ignored my calls and emails, rude to my wife and now they want to send the charge to collections. Naw i dont think so!!!!!

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. These people are scam artists. The so called manager there named ******* admitted to me that an employee that no longer works there that was telling multiple people including my wife and I that they had to get x-rays to be seen and if the insurance didn't cover them that they would waive them. Lie. Given ******* admitted this you would think she would take care of it. Wrong. She not only told me that we were responsible for the misleading lie that her employee was telling everyone but she also gave me a false corporate number that where you cannot get ahold of anyone or even leave a message. I called another location and they gave me the proper number right away and I'm in the process of fighting this. Don't be there next victim. I'm only speaking of the reynoldsburg ohio location. But be careful at other locations based on the type of people especially management that they hire.
