This company runs a scam operation. They sent a collection for a parking violation for a city I have never been in or even heard of. In fact, the city and the police department they site in the letter could not be found on an extensive Google search. Either they misspelled the city police department, or they made it up. It simply does not exist. I'm not going to bother calling them because I don't want them to have any additional information or contact from me. I always pay my bills (I never get fines) but this is a SCAM for sure.Review from Cynthia W

Capital Recovery Bureau, ******, **, periodically sends official-looking documents to my home address indicating it can help me get over $3K the ************** owes me. BEWARE of such scams: This business will charge you money supposedly to get money that is NOT OWED to you. Some residents get a letter from said company declaring they owe money.

This company feels it is acceptable to cross state lines and harass a disabled person. They are trying to collect debt from me which info not owe and Portage county **** has allowed drug addicts to threaten to **** and murder me.for 5 years now. This company feels it is also acceptable to threaten to **** and murder a disabled.person. if they dont quit harassing me, I'm going to *** them for abusing a disabled person. Portage county **** is desperate to mooch as much money as possible off of people so their own judges and employees can continue to be addicts. Its beyond sickening. Judge ************************* made most outrageous judge in america. That should tell you all you need to know.
