This property will shut off your water for an emergency and after everything is resolved keep it off the rest of the day and evening. And blame it on the water department. Not having water makes an apartment inhabitable. They denied being able to fix the issue and didn’t offer a hotel room for the night. Just poor maintenance experiences with them everytime.Review from Caitlin H

No hiccups for most the time here, tenant for three years, until Tuttle Parke said I needed to upgrade from my one bedroom for exceeding occupancy. They said I’d be breaking the lease if I moved out instead of upgrading and be charged a buy-out of 3 months rent. I went to the corporate office and ***** at the front told me they had no record of any notice of this kind given to me and that it’s not their policy to force upgrades. She then called Lori at Tuttle and changed her tune saying I’d be breaking my lease by not upgrading. They should have given me a notice to vacate — I’ve already made arrangements to be out by the end and of the month — and I shouldn’t be penalized for a rule they made me aware of and decided to enforce AFTER the recent renewal of my lease. They had no grounds to make me leave in the first place and not at my expense when they are requiring it. Not to mention they told me I was exceeding occupancy 3 weeks before my due date, causing a lot of unneeded stress.Review from Marson S.

****** Fantastic property. The the old world charm and character of the unit. The most accommodating and quick maintenance I have every experience. I give this company 5 stars.

EBNER PROPERTIES IS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE. THE ***** IS VERY RESPECTIVE AND DOES HIS BEST TO COMLETE REQUEST. GIRLS IN OFFICE ARE VERY HELPFUL THE APARTMENTS ARE VERY NICE AND CLEANED. THE MAINTENANCEE GUYS DO THERE BEST TO FIX THINGS IN A QUICK MANNER.Ebner Properties, LTD Response

I have lived at 200 Broadmeadows Blvd for approximately 4 years now.During my time here I ran into some pretty difficult times due to health and employment issues that were beyond my control. Ebner Properties (*****************) stepped in and made sure that everything was okay for me. **** went above and beyond my expectations. She advised me on what to do as far as obtaining assistance to retain my apartment on 2 different occasions. When I needed help Ebner Properties came to my assistance.
