Completely stock 2022 jeep gladiator sport s with death wobble. Only a year and a half old. STILL UNDER WARRANTY. The dealer refuses to help and has even told me they wouldn't work on it unless it had a full tank of gas in it and made me pay for it while it was at the shop for service. (it had a quarter tank in it)...... it's been in the shop 3 times this month and dealership says they can't find anything and refuses to fix. Also all 3 times was denied a rental. Steering damper was replaced the first time I brought in for service. Did lighten the wobble a little, but STILL does it and does it going 70 mph. Everytime it happens, more play in the steering wheel is present. Very unsafe and they just keep telling me they can't do anything about it because they can't find anything. I've showed them videos of the issue.Business response

Hello-
We have reached out to ********** in regards to her Gladiator issues. We have driven the vehicle and have finally been able to replicate the issue she was experiencing. She was offered a loaner vehicle and the parts were ordered in accordance with Chrysler's warranty provisions.
This issue should be resolved permanently very soon.

I had my car check at the dearship because my transmission was slipping on May 5 2023 and then again on May 24 2023.The service department check the vehicle both times and could not relsove the issue. My car is still doing the same thing again , They want me to pay another $200.00 to have the issue check again . My complaint is that I already paid for this repair twice. I feel I should not half to pay again for the same repair because they never could find the problem that is not my faultBusiness response

We were not able to resolve the situation because the technician could not verify the customers complaint and there were no active or stored codes in the system. According to our records the customer was not charged for the diagnosis during either visit, so it is unclear what he means when he states "They want me to pay another $200 to have the issue checked again" ? I purchased a 09 Jeep from the dealer "As Is." When I drove it off the lot, the heating core and bearings went the same day (which didn't happen when I test drove). I was estimated at $2000 a piece for each to be repaired. After arguing the dealer agreed to pay for the heating fix. I am STILL waiting after 3 plus months for them to handle the bearings. I called many times and the excuses given was they didn't have the parts and they "would call me." The last time I called them they said the parts were there and were waiting on a seal which would be by end of the week, and they will call me. Haven't heard from them in 3 plus weeks. Last time I called they said nothing but will call. I can't find another mechanic who will handle the issue because it's a Jeep and feel like these guys do not want my business yet they willingly sold me a vehicle knowing there was a problem. All I want is this fixed and my loan car they promised while it's being worked on for work. I was told by one person it would take a day and then a few weeks later was told by someone else it would take several days. I feel they are stringing me along due to the fact they had to cover the first expense. I have yet to hear from anyone and it's been 3 plus weeks.Business response

The company contacted me today (3/20/23) leaving a voice mail on my cell stating that the parts are still on hold and they state they will contact me sometime "next week." when the parts come in.Customer response
