Scott W***** and his crew came out in February of 2022 to complete new floors in my restaurant. There were several paint spots that peeled away and a crack in the floor by October. I called and emailed for several months when finally around Feb or March of this year Scott came back out to see what needed to be repaired. He said he would be in touch with a date to do the work and it's August and I still haven't heard from anyone. Every call I make just leads to a message being taken and no call back.Business response

TOPLINE REVIEW: We contracted Hardig to install a garage floor coating. The coating was applied. An initial repair was needed & completed. We had some 2nd repair work that needed to be finalized. Greg's people came out to look at the floor & stated I would have to wait due to work load & weather. I have waited for quite some time (4+months). Greg Hardig then came out & looked at the floor. He acknowledged improvements needed to be made & yet has to deliver. The time keeps ticking. He was not responded since September 13, 2021. I called on 10/14/2021 & still have not had a response. I want a defined date of when the floor will be replaced & the repair to happen. Other garage floor coating companies are in the area & coating floors (I cannot hear workload & supply excuses anymore).Business response

I will do my best to give you a date for install this week. This will be taken care of before the end of October.
