In May 2021 I called the Vet's office it request an estimate for cleaning my dogs ears. They stated it would cost approx $75.00 and if I added the 5 &1 shot the cost would be less than $125. My dogs in the past have not had a good experience with Dr. Scott so I specifically requested to wait for the first opening of the starting new female Vet ( we normally see Dr. Terry). On June 1st, I had a two hour wait in the parking lot with a 110lb dog on a very hot day. Dr. Scott came into the room, never touched my dog, there was no chart and I told him that my dogs ears were bothering him. I informed the Vet tech that my dog was to see the New Vet. They then asked to take my dog to the back. The same Vet tech asked if they could give my dog a sedative, when I said "no" she said it was only about $20. I then said "okay. I she then brought my dog out along with a $310 bill, not $125. Since he has been home he CAN NOT HEAR at all, vomiting, laying down. I went back in person twice, no responce
