A Plus contracting was very helpful with the storm damage to my home. He helped with the entire process and never gave up. The end results are amazing and I will recommend him to all my family and friends.

Had a new roof put on but started on the wrong foot with crew not having much respect for neighbors property and mine.Walked over newly planted grass.Did protect plants in flower bed like he said he would.Scrached new gutters and down spout.Not my first chose.Should have waited for other roofing company.Just a bad experience.Clean up could have been better.No referral from here.A Plus Contracting Response

While we at A Plus Contracting never want an unhappy client there are some exceptions to that rule. This client had an original cement tile roof from the early 1920’s. We had given him exceptional pricing, we’re on time and completed his replacement in one day. Unfortunately this client openly expressed his distain for my installers nationality and made numerous racist comments. Absolutely none of his plants or foliage were damaged and after speaking with his neighbors they had zero complaints about the work performed and or the clean up. This clients like then love then hatred could have been described as random and simply unfollowable. With this client the I say in retrospect is all of my companies work was completed on time and as described in our consultations prior to the build and that just as there are good and bad contractors there are good and bad clients as well. He also complained to me about his gutter contractor as well as his window contractor which were the only two other contractors to previously work on his home.Customer Response

There was no Racist comments made about his crewAll I asked was they have some respect for my property.In fact I told Him they can use my bathroom in the basement instead of behind my garage.He said that was not a good idea.Guess he didn't trust his guys.He was higher than the first two roofers both were too busy due tom the rain.Had to get it done because of a leak and could not find tiles.Just had patio put in 2 week before.Had windows put in, tree trimmed twice, lawn drainage fixed,furance repaired all did a good job.Would recommend them all.Installed gutters and gutter guards before roof was replaced.Guards were put on at last minute and were done poorly.Salesman was upset with job and ended firing one worker.I feel he is upset that I gave him his first bad review.Everybody deserves respect and that's all I asked from him.Plants were broke because they were not covered like he said he would.Today it seems harder to find good contractors.Review from Gus A
