  This painting contractor was hired to paint the condo complex where I reside. In addition to not completing the project on my unit, they damaged my AC unit, garage door as well as my brand new composite deck. They did not cover AC unit, deck and garage door and got paint on all of these . Whatever they used to attempt to remove the paint they damaged the finish to the deck and the AC unit. Additionally, when they attempted to remove the paint from the garage door they scratched the surface down to the metal to which it now needs to be painted. As per Snyder Brothers Painting I obtained estimates to replace the damaged parts and a labor estimate from the contractor that built the deck. I provided the estimates to the contractor to make the repairs. total $9670.51.

  Snyder Bros Painting has communicated with he client since the issue was brought to our attention. We have offered to fix the areas of the clients concern; unfortunately the client is unhappy that winter is here and we will have to wait until spring due to weather and staffing. Snyder Bros has stellar reviews and thousands of happy and repeat clients. We as an organization have never ignored a client or left a project incomplete; without everyone being satisfied. We value ourselves on communication and at times some people are unwilling to be reasonable and unwilling to communicate with us to solve the problem. Snyder Brothers is always just a phone call away for any of our clients and we would offer solutions to any problem.

  ******,  per our conversation, I have attached the estimates for the composite deck repairs as well as the labor to make the repairs.  This is in addition to the repairs to the HVAC unit. The total cost for the repairs for damage is $9,670.51.  This does not include any price increase for the parts to make the repairs.   As we discussed, I do not want Snyder Bros. Painting making the repairs.   I contacted both the deck contractor as well as the HVAC company who are both able to make the repairs immediately. I have uploaded the labor cost as well as the composite deck material costs.   If you need anything further from me please do not hesitate to contact me.  thank you
