              In August 2020 we had a house fire that destroyed most of the main living areas, Roth Construction was contacted to repair the home. They finally finished sometime in late 2021 but there was still things that needed to be fixed for the job to be complete. But here we are in 2023 still waiting on things to be completed. Their workers cut things too short, cabinets are failing, bathroom tub surround is molding and ***** ***** has blocked us from contacting him. We contacted **** *******, he finally came out to look at things on October 26, 2023 but now he's not responding or returning phone calls. We don't know what else to do, we've emailed **** to let him know that we would be making this complaint, no response. We have dozens of text messaging asking ***** to remedy this situation to no avail. They were paid over $100,000 to do a job but it's not completely done. They also gave me a 5 yr guarantee on their work but they are not honoring that guarantee. I need help!

              Roth Construction was responsive to our questions and our needs. Communication was good, and they did what they said they would do. Workmanship was good. We did have an issue with the carpet sub which Roth did their best to remedy. Evidently the carpet vendor was a newer relationship for Roth and the first time they'd experienced an issue.
