I purchased a Fast Pass ticket which is supposed to let you in the venue early to access the front of the venue close to the stage. I have been to many, many venues in more than 10 states. This venue had no signage and when I purchased the ticket at the window in the venue's box office, I was not given any details of where to go or that there was a special door, line, or entryway. The box office worker seemed new and nervous, she had to have another worker help her with the transaction because she seemed clueless. I paid $30 and got Nothing in return. I was the 2nd person in line. I arrived 2 hours early to stand in line to get up front. Because there was No signage to guide people where to stand or what line to be in and the fact that because of the box office worker being new, I was not informed about what to do or where to go to get the access that I just paid $30 for. I feel cheated and think that this business has 1 job, to put on concerts. They do a very poor job of that 1 specific service that they offer. I would like a refund. I thought I would try to let them remedy this situation before I leave a very poor review of this business and it's unhelpful, uninformed employees. Thank You for your time.Business response

We had not been made aware of any issue with this guest which could have easily been addressed while the guest was attended the event. Someone will reach out and assist with the contact information provided. Easiest way to resolve is to contact the venue or speak to one of 8 managers on duty the night of the event. We are more than happy to help and resolve everything in person in real time.
