Home General didn’t complete the repairs listed in the contract but we’re paid the full amount requested. They did not submit receipts for materials purchased as promised. They also sat in their vehicles smoking ********* and drinking daily, as my elderly mom sat on the porched and witnessed daily. When the job was completed I paid the remaining balance with promise of all receipts to be submitted to me. The job started 7/1// 2022 and finished around the 12th. I’m totally disgusted with the work, paying roughly $7400 for work that was not completed. Also, they were to enclose a back door to my home, instead it was boarded up like a vacant home. I need the receipts for my insurance company to verify all the work that has been done. Two weeks ago one worker “Charles ****” asking if he could complete the job for additional fees. This company is full of **** *******, out to rip off the elderly. I’m requesting $3000 for work that was not completed and all the receipts for the materials. ****** * ****

Customer requested services that she could not afford. We satisfactorily completed all work which was paid for and have photos as proof. ***** **** is attempting to defraud and slander Home General Development LLC.’s good name and reputation. We gave her receipts for all materials used on her job. She will not be given any refunds and subsequent salanderous behavior will not be tolerated.
