Lion-O Cosplay Leotard ordered on Thursday, April 7th. Website said someone would reach out to me for measurements. Tuesday, April 12th, I reached out to them explaining the above, and requested them to reach out to me. The next day, April 13th, Andrea H***** of Tidal Cool emailed me asking for measurements. I emailed her the same day with the required information. After a few weeks with no response, it is now May 4th. I emailed TidalCool asking for an update. No reply was given. Another five days and I decided to email her again on May 9th. I was not as patient this time as I figured there was no way I would receive my costume in time for ComicCon. I explained to her that the lack of communication was ridiculous, and that I would still like the costume if she finishes it. If she never replies though, I doubt I will receive it, and I am out $180.
