      I went into ********** ***** on ***** * in ****** ** for Fuel, a sandwich wrap and drinks. I purchased 1 ARIZONA PEACH ICED TEA (34oz) glass bottle & 2 ARIZONA HALF & HALF LITE (22oz) cans. I opened the glass bottle, inserted a straw and sipped a mouthful of black sludge! Gross! At first I thought it was loose tea leaves but it is not. It looks like black rubber flakes. Bad quality control, guys. I tossed it. $2.49.

      I drank the arizona tea fast because i was so thirsty , i felt so weird about almost fell to the floor to pass out, i tried to drink again but i smelled it and it smelled like feces or poop. I am also about 5months pregant and i am so scared that it will endanger my baby and my health. I want to know how we can run a test on this drink. I drank it 6 hrs ago and i still have a bad headache and have a sour taste to my mouth. I want them to further investigate if this drink is contaminated with what smells like feces or if it has other toxic chemicals. I just myself and esp my baby to be okay.

      I purchased two shirts through Arizona Beverages Online Merch on 11/18/23. I was charged for both shirts that day for a total of $69.98. I only received one shirt which was $34.99 but was charged in full for both shirts. I've reached out to Arizona almost 2 weeks ago and haven't received anything back. I'm not sure If I should despite with my bank company yet.

      During the ordering process order ******** there is a sign up to receive a discount. I opted for this by both email as well as text. When neither was delivered I did not want to miss out on the sale going on and so I placed my order. However, and more problematic, there is a slider bar to opt into "Route Protection" a redundant and pointless charge. I opted out of Route Protection and then was charged for it anyways. I immediately contacted customer service and after not responding for over a week I sent a follow up response. Within the day I got a response indicating an obvious intentional effort to ignore my ticket. What has followed is weeks of back and forth. I finally got them to honor the discount but are refusing to refund the route protection. I opted out and was charged anyways and immediately notified them of the issue. Their excuse is that it was already delivered but that was due to their own decision to ignore my ticket for over a week. The route protection needs to be refunded.

      I have contacted Arizona tea about the foreign matter in the tea Green Tea with ginseng. I had to contact them multiple times. I finally received a retrieval kit with the wrong information. I feel I am getting the run around. I have been drinking the tea for years than in January 2022 I started getting really sick vomiting and diarrhea I thought it was food allergy.But there was stuff in the tea floating and they were fermented so I would dump it out and drink a new one than there was big slimy globs and brown slime.It was packaged in 2 different locations. This has cause gastroenteritis issues when I realized that I quit drinking it. I received coupons from Arizona tea Patricia B**** because of these issues.I still bought them and they all had the same contamination. I feel like I am getting the run around. They are blaming the canneries where they are processed but its 2 totally different locations. They are not taking full responsibility.

      I recently placed an order which included several products. All of the products were shipped using different delivery companies. After a few weeks I realized that one of the products was missing. I went back to the tracking and see that UPS didn't deliver the psckahe because it was damaged in transit I reached out to Arazona and I was told they do not reach out to the customer or reship a dmamged product without the customer doing all the leg work. Once UPS notified Arizona, they should have replaced the product. I feel that Arizona hopes the customer don't realize that the product never showed up and then doesn't have to replace it.

      Date of transaction is 01/22/22 Price $30.97 for a 12 pack Product Arizona Sweet Apple Juice Cocktail 23oz My issue is when the cans arrived they are advertised on the can for $0.99. When contacted about this they said the cans are printed like that for stores. This is false advertising or bait and switch please force them to change this.

      Went to ********** on 01/23/22 or 01/24/22 got an Arizona Iced tea but did not consume it untill the next day and when I took the first drink I felt something floating so I looked inside the can and there was slimy tea inside the can and the tea wasn't expired. I tried to contact the company through social media but no reply.

      Hi, I buy your products all the time, but I am very disappointed I won $10 from ****** ****** sweepstakes I never received it. I want $10 check refund or $10 product credit. I have not received anything yet. Were you able to send the $10 check refund or $10 product credit?
