On december 27th I was in a car accident and I had coverage through the car company (cincinnati auto credit) and I was told when they file the claim they would get a payout and I would get another car, that never happened,.Melissa C***** and Megan D****** are refusing to give me a copy of the paperwork and hung up in my ear several times. They never explained to me what their coverage offered. I am asking for paperwork on the claim that was filed sense I did put at least $5000 of my money into this car and the claim was filed under my name. I gave pictures, a police report and a $500 deductible. I need a copy of paperwork because of judicial purposes they are refusing to give me paperwork. I do not understand why I just need a copy of the paperwork,

Cincinnati Auto Credit does not sell insurance. ******* Financial Services doesn't sell insurance. ******* Financial Services requires all customers to maintain full coverage insurance, like all banks, while accounts are active. Even though this is contractually required, often customers fail to obtain or maintain insurance. In this case ******* Financial Services will force place coverage and pass some of that cost to the customer. ******* Financial Services is the policy holder and therefore customers don't have or are owed "documents". That being said, our staff will review the customer's request and share anything with which we are comfortable.

I purchased a 2015 Chrysler 200 from Cincinnati auto credit Gilbert location. Around 30 days after purchase the car would not start and was stuck in neutral. I called the dealership, the dealership told me to call the finance company. Both the finance company and dealership are in same building (property). The finance company finally responded after 3rd day. I asked did they disable my car by way of kill switch they said no. They said I just needed a battery. They did this remotely as my car never moved from parking lot of my residence after car would not start. I got a battery and same issue car was stuck in neutral. I believe they intentionally hit kill switch fraudulently to force repo. I made all payments for a month after car would not start. My warranty was never honored and they eventually repo we'd car 40+ days after last payment. Both Cincinnati auto credit and portage financial would send my calls back and forth or would call me back shortly before they closed
