I visited the location in ******** ** on December 27, 2021 for a same day COVID test. Knowing that they do not accept insurance, I made payment in full and filed a claim directly with my insurance company. On May 6, 2022 I received notification that my insurance company had processed my claim and issued payment via EFT to MedPlus (*** *********) in the amount of $58.80. I contacted the office to request reimbursement since this was a payment made in error, and I received highly condescending and snarky emails stating that they never receive insurance payments, never give their bank info, and had no reason to pay me anything. I provided insurance verification of payment, and they still deny receipt. My insurance company confirmed payment was made to them via EFT. I am just asking for the return of $58.80 which is rightfully mine.
