            This company is FILLING my inbox with emails from one of their customers who used my email information, and there is literally no actual way to get them to stop. They send a form that requires me to know the person’s personal information (address and phone) and refuse to just remove my email. I imagine a business should be better equipped to handle this type of unwanted harassment.

            For starters, I love my coach. I love what she and this program has done for me. However, every time I had to deal with the customer service they are rude, unprofessional,condescending, or do not fully comprehend the scope of the issue. On November 17, 2022, I called to discuss my premier account. I was not ready for my order so I called and cancelled it. I spoke to a Maria. She was rude and condescending and she kept repeating herself I asked to speak to a supervisor and she turned around and told me that the supervisors gonna tell me the same thing, she proceeded to come at me and say do you want to cancel the membership or not. To top things off the order was cancelled but still shipped anyways. I called to get a return label and was told I had to pay for shipping to return. Once again poor business practice. The cost, delayed shipping and communication is unacceptable. Return policy is a nightmare.
