I continue to receive bills and notices from Powernet. The Customer ID given on the document is not recognized when entered on the website. I do not know this organization, and I never signed up for business service. I just received a letter saying my account will be referred to a collection agency if I do not pay. The amount due is small, but I didn't have a service. No one ever called either of my numbers; furthermore, neither of my phone providers knows anything about Powernet being connected to these phones. I have also been threatened with reporting this account to credit rating agencies.

Powernet gave us a Customer ID: of ******** Regarding their invoice dated 3/23/23 and inv date 4/23/23 - inv #******** Invoice billed to: ******** ****** *** ******* ph # ###-###-####. If one needs to call our office, call me instead at ###-###-####. ADDITIONAL FACTS: Have never heard of Powernet. Have never been in contact with Powernet. They aren't connected to the service we've been using for over 35 years. So why, just in the past two months, has Powernet sent us invoices? In checking, there is no possible reason that we have ever needed Powernet. ******** ****** *** ******* WILL NOT be paying these two Invoices. These are fraudulent invoices. Even though the invoice amounts are very small, it's the principle of Powernet's actions of invoicing a business that had never signed up with them. Leanna Rose, owner. Contact # is ###-###-####. I work remotely from our office.

This company keeps billing me. I don’t know who they are or what they do and certainly have never set up an account with them! How do I get them to stop and get this off my credit ratings?

This company sent an invoice to our home address, as listed on this complaint, for a charge to our company phone and fax numbers for undescribed charges. When asked to explain the charges the representative said they had taken over 'integrated services' from our 'carrier'. The representative could not describe 'integrated services' or who our 'carrier' was. I am suspicious of this invoice. It is not professionally presented and I do not understand the vague charges listed on the invoice. Our present phone bill has not changed to reflect any such 'take over of integrated services'. Invoice number is ********

I have been a customer at Powernet Global for over 20 years. Now I have cancelled the account with them around February 15th. At that time the lady at the customer service told me they will send me one final bill and that will be the last. I did receive this bill and paid it on Febr. 28th. Now I have received another bill, called them and was told I have to pay it since there were more charges. I told them I was paid off , now they want to send it to collection. Few minutes later I called them back, I wanted to ask for a written cancellation - they are not picking up the phone. I call their collection department, she tells me it is the last bill, the phone is disconnected. So I ask her to send me a written statement of cancellation and disconnection, she says they do not do that. So I ask her name and she refuses to give me her full name. By the way, this unjust payment in now in the mail.
