Subway advertised a Buy one footlong get one footlong free when using the code ****** and ordering with the mobile app or online. The article stated that this applied to ALL Subway stores unlike the past where certain locations could choose not to participate as they were franchisee operated stores BUT again the article stated that ALL stores were now instructed to offer the BOGO starting in January 2024. I placed the order through the App and when the total appeared i entered the ****** code and the app showed the discount of the free footlong, the lesser price one which is fine, gave me the total and i paid by credit card and got the approval amd order #. I then took time out of my lunch hour to drive to the ******* ****** to pick it up which entailed my time and gas cost to get there ONLY to be told my order had been cancelled (they didnt call and let me know even though they had my number) and that they didnt have to honor that promotion since they were a franchise WHICH IS INCORRECT, he then, with a rude tone, told me he had cancelled 30 orders placed that day using the promo code and acted proud about having done so. I want want my buy one get one free order like i placed it as i did nothing wrong. The manager of the store again refused to honor Subways promotion when i asked again on my way out and said I'd have to pay for it in front of several customers waiting in line. I had used the same promo at that same store in 2023 with no problem. They have to learn to honor nationwide promos as Subway ADVERTISED....when the website accepted my order with the promo ITS WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DELIVERED Thank YouBusiness response

This complaint was already dealt with and responded to when he filed a complaint through Subway Corporates ticket line. Corporate can not force a franchise to offer a certain price/discount and refused to removes us from the list of participating stores. The rest of the complaint was a complete lie and I’m not even going to bother responding again. Besides the email I responded to for his first complaint we never even had a conversation.
