Online app order was set for pickup on Saturday, December 24, 2022 at 4:45 pm. Ordered from: **** ******* **** - Cincinnati, Ohio Ticket Number: ******************* Amount for 5 sandwiches ordered: $63.75 (plus a $20 Christmas tip) = $83.75 Total. Attached is a jpg copy of my email receipt. My email receipt sent to me at 4:13 pm on 12/24 clearly states that the store hours are (copied and pasted here): Open 10:00am-6:00pm Today I placed an online order for 5 sandwiches for pickup at 4:45 pm on December 24th. When I arrived, I was met at the door by a manager and one of his employees both insistently saying they had already closed at 4:00 pm. My email receipt says they are open from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm for that day (please see attachment). I told him that I was billed for my food, and he strongly disagreed with me simply because they were closed. "Go to ******** ******, Check with them." he insisted. After arguing with me for a few minutes, the manager's attitude became hostile. He slammed the door as I was leaving and started screaming obscenities at me through the glass. I was doing nothing else except showing up to get the food I ordered. I am a very long time and loyal Jersey Mike's customer, especially at this location. We have supported this location for many, many years. This manager's absolute refusal to complete my order, and most especially listening to him screaming at me through a closed door, was completely out of the bounds of professionalism. I would like a full refund of $83.75 that was billed to my bank card. This includes a $20 Christmas tip I was leaving to a crew who had previously treated me very well. I do not feel comfortable visiting this particular store location again. The manager completely ruined my evening for feeding my guests, and I no longer trust anyone at this location for future purchases.
