I had a 2000 ring resized and mounted in a new setting . I had to return it once because the stone wasn't mounted straight in the new setting. It was obviously a bad job because I must have hit my hand on something at work and the whole top/ setting came off. I'm convinced it was poor workmanship. Needless to say I lost that precious ring. It can't be replaced because of the sentimental value. Would not recommend. Very unhappy!

At Geraci Fine Jewelry, we take repairs very seriously, as they are a large portion of our business. We are well know in ********** for having excellent in-house repair service. On June 13, 2020, ********************************* brought in a diamond ring to have repaired. In our notations, which would also be on receipt; the ring was very worn. We took the ring in and put a new head on it, which is the entire new piece to hold the diamond, which is much safer than simply repairing worn prongs. the ring was in excellent condition when ******************** picked up the on July 3, 2020. We cannot be held responsible for wear and tear over a 2 year period. Gold is a soft metal and rings should be checked periodically to check for wear and tear to protect loss of diamonds, which we do at no cost to the customer.
