The movers were very effective with our recent move. We called around with very little notice and ended up moving forward with Hercules moving. They came out within 3 days from when we originally called. We moved semi-local, the move wasn't too far, but was done the same day. I feel Frank and his team did a wonderful job with our move. I couldn't be happier with how evertyhing went. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat.Review from Bill L

We used Hercules Moving and Storage about 25 years ago when we moved from ********* into our home in ******* Township. The move was flawless, fast, and extremely reasonable. So, naturally, when our son moved back in from out of town, we called Hercules again. From my initial conversations with Stephanie in the office to the actual move itself with Chester and Bob, it could not have gone more flawlessly. And their price quote was dramatically lower than anyone else that we talked to. Stephanie answered all of my repeated calls and questions with patience and good information. If she didn’t know something or wasn’t sure, she said she’d get back with me and she did. (And we all know how rare that is these days.) On the day of the move, the movers (Chester and Bob) got to the out of town location right on time, listened to my thoughts on loading the truck (as some was going to storage and the rest to the house) and went to work. 90 minutes later they were on the road back to Cincinnati. The next morning, they met us at the storage location and were even early! They were extremely efficient at packing the small storage space we’d rented; it was only about half full (and I was originally concerned about getting everything in) and then came to our house and off loaded the rest. In a total of 2 hours, they were done and gone. I simply cannot say enough good things about this company. They’re friendly, efficient, careful, and reasonable. When it’s time for our next move, they’ll… no doubt…be the “go to”.Review from O. M.

The WORST customer service I had in years. I hired this company to move within downtown Cincinnati area. They could not find a spot where to park their truck. They told me to watch out for parking spots and call them when one opens. Meanwhile they were going to charge me full rate while we wait. When I tried nicely to negotiate some rate adjustment for the wait period, I was told no. Of course I was upset and told them I would not be using their services in the future. Then a guy called which I assume was the owner and chewed me out for not reserving a parking spot for their truck and being mean to their staff (which I was not). He was extremely rude and end up canceling my move all together. Which was for the best because I immediately booked with another company who has experience with moving on busy streets of downtown. If you are not comfortable doing the move in urban areas, do not offer your services. And absolutely no excuses for yelling at your customers for no reason.

This move was taking place in a high rise building on Broadway in downtown ********** when my crew arrived there was already another crew at the dock. Their customer had reserved the elevator, our customer did not. My men tried for over 2 hours to find a place to park to be able to do the move. But because it was near the courthouse we were unable to park our truck. We contacted the customer and told her if she wanted us to wait she would have to pay for us to wait for the other company to finish. When we told her that she said don't worry about it and she would find another company to do her move. I am the owner of the company and noone contacted her and was rude or had any type of attitude with her. I am glad she was able to find another company to do her move that day.Customer Response

Such an elegant lie. Nothing in that response reflects what really happened. I wish I recorded our phone conversation but unfortunately I did not. I just hope that my review would help other customers to make a wiser choice.Review from Cathy R.

We hired Hercules for our recent move and could not be happier. *** and ***** were meticulous in packing our valuables, and our 5 person crew moved us on one of the hottest days of the summer with professionalism and care. There was no breakage, and everything was moved with amazing care. I could not be happier, and would recommend Hercules for any move.
