      09/21/2023 going thru drive thru window i was giver this coupon by *** employee working at window. When you scan qr code it direct you to a site and you have to pay 35.00 for a month access or 350.00 for a year access. no way to enter survey to recieve 5.00 gift card for *** as the card clearly say you will recieve.

      I got an email asking me to complete a survey and it said "If you qualify and complete the entire 25-minute survey you will receive a virtual **** gift card in the amount of $20" I never received this compensation. I reached out to Burke before and was told "after or on the 17th of this month I will receive payment" However, they never gave me the compensation promised for completing the survey successfully.

      Burke Incorporated, a so-called independent marketing research company called me on behalf of my insurance company (****** **********) for a survey. The number was ###-###-####. She asked for my date of birth and address. The only question she asked for the survey was if I'd had mental health services in the past 90 days. This happened on 4/13/23 at 7:30 pm PST. It seems to me that asking for my health information was inappropriate and a violation of privacy. I find it suspicious.

      This morning, 11/22, I got an email asking me to complete a survey and it said "If you qualify and complete the entire 25-minute survey you will be offered a **** gift card in the amount of $20 shortly after completion." I didn't know if it was legitimate but when I saw it was about Medicare supplemental insurance I thought it was because I had just bought some. I filled it out but there was no gift card afterwards. Now I find others have had this happen even though it took at least 25 minutes and maybe more.

      I was sent the so-called $20 gift certificate - I tried to use it and it was said to be invalid.  I reported that to the company and they sent information about trying to sort it out.  At that point I decided it was all a scam and a waste of time.

      I received a survey from Burke Inc Surveys for ****. I moved so I had ******* disconnected. I completed the survey. Now I get the same email for the survey I already completed, several times a day. If I click to do the survey it takes me to the same screen that says I have completed the survey. I have emailed the company to please stop the emails but they sent even more emails to me. I have tried sending the emails to my junk folder but I still get them in my mail email folder. Calling them doesn’t get the emails to stop either. This is my last resort before I have to get a completely different email address. I have had this same email address for years and I’m sure getting a new email address will cause me a lot of difficulty. But to get rid of the annoying survey emails from them, I’m at my wits end. This has been going on everyday for a month! Please help me stop the everyday survey emails from them!

      On November the 5th2021 I received a email from Burke Inc. About completing a survey on ******* ****** *******upon completing the entire survey I was informed within 2 to 3 weeks I would receive a $25 virtual visa gift card .I still haven't received it and I contacted them 2 times in the past week! And haven't heard anything at all ! I am extremely frustrated!! It may not seem like alot to most people to loose out on just a $25 but to me that's ALOT!!! So that is why I decided to inform you In hope to help resolve this issue
