    I was involved in a wreck that happened on May 22, 2025. The vehicle was totaled and had an ignition interlock device installed that was undamaged. The following day I called monitech to let them know about the wreck and to let them know my next steps once I spoke to insurance. Got the info called and gave it to monitech along with credit card inform to pay for the removal, today is 6/24 and they have yet to remove the device and the car no longer even belongs to me as insurance has already paid it out and everything. No one at the call center can get ahold of the techs at the Fayetteville location (where my removal was assigned) and I need this device taken off, I have called over 10 times and was even given the techs personal number per his request and still haven’t gotten a reply. *** ******* ** *** ***.
