So disappointed in this company! I've never in my life had such difficulty paying life insurance! This goes back to March 2023. I made a payment online in March. May comes and I get sent a letter saying I didn't pay. I called them and they told me it didn't go through for some reason. They wouldn't take a payment over the phone, so I went back online again. It showed I only owed $19 so I paid that. July comes and I recieved a cancelation notice. I called again, this time I had to fill out a reinstatement. A couple months go by and I call again. They say just wait for something to come in the mail as they just got the documents they needed from my Dr. Today I received a cancelation of reinstatement dated from a month prior. I called again... this time they said they sent me an email (which I never received) stating how much I needed to pay them. They told me they don't send any paperwork out onreinstatement, just an email. Which obviously must have went to Spam. I've wasted 10 years of life insurance payments for nothing. I'll never use them or the new ******** they have changed to. I do not recommend. I've never had such a difficult time giving money to a company!

I had a Life Insurance policy I paid for 25 years! 30.00 per month for 25 years. The company canceled my policy and stopped taking out the auto payment. They said they sent a letter informing me my policy rates had increased and needed my approval to take out more per month from my bank account. I never received any notification. It had only been a little over a month when I noticed the premium was not deducted from my account. I called and they would not reinstate my policy. I would have to start over with a new policy. It should be illegal for them to cancel a policy and stop taking out the auto payment without notification. They should have sent a certified letter! I never received any notification. NEVER purchase Life Insurance from this company! Thieves! When they figure you are reaching croak time they cancel you! They should reimburse me for the 9,000.00 in premiums I paid.
