      March 7, 2023 I put in an order at Longs Furniture. I totally amount was $5592.59 so I gave them $3000. March 16, 2023 I went back to pay the remaining balance of $2592.59. There was 2 night stands that was going to be in back order but I still paid for everything. March 17, 2023 I got my furniture delivered and I had to pay the delivery drivers $150 for delivering everything. The lady sent me a text message saying my 2 night stands should be in 4/3/23 but wait until she calls before I come. End of March( I can not remember the date) She called and said she under charged me $647.86. She asked if I could come in and pay the rest. I said no that is too expensive right now and I just bought a house so she said when I come pickup the night stands can we do a payment and I agreed. April 7, 2023 She called and said that my night stands are ready and do not forget to put some money down. April 8, 2023 I went to get my nightstands and now I can not take my nightstands until the remaining balance of $647.86 is paid off first. That is not what we agreed to on the phone

      I came in on April 2nd looking for a sleeper sofa. They told me that the one I wanted they’d have to order and it’d be delivered on March 15th. So I purchased it in full. On April 30th...I received a text, yes a text, from Longs telling me there’d be a delay on getting my couch which I think they knew from the beginning I wouldn’t get my couch by the first date and if they told me that I likely wouldn’t have purchased it. They then proceeded to try to sell me different couches instead of the one I wanted and paid for. I told them that I didn’t appreciate being texted and I also wanted what I paid for. I asked them if they didn’t have it by the second date then what, they danced around the question. I told them that I’ll be in to discuss which I never could make it down there to do yet. They WILL NOT answer their phone nor return calls. You’d literally have to go to the store which is something people don’t always have time to do. I don’t live a Cincinnati. I want a refund

      Case number ******** I forgot to add to my complaint that I STILL have not received my furniture. I haven’t got a update or anything.
